Scott Bils
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer for Conformity, Scott is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the company. Scott has more than 15 years of experience in technology and software strategy, marketing, business development, M&A and alliances.

Prior to founding Conformity, Scott was Chief Marketing Officer at Scalable Software, a provider of on-demand IT compliance and asset management solutions Prior, Scott served as vice president of marketing for Troux Technologies, a leading provider of enterprise architecture and IT governance solutions. Bils has also held positions at Trilogy Software, McKinsey & Co., Accenture, and Kidder, Peabody & Co.

Scott holds a BA, Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago.

Roy Kipp
Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer Roy is responsible for establishing Conformity’s technical vision, and for leading all aspects of the company’s technology development. Roy has over 20 years of experience in commercial software design and development, including operating systems, network management, database systems, security systems and Internet applications.

Most recently, Roy was VP Engineering & Advanced Technology at Mirage Networks, a provider of network security and access control software. Prior, he was co-founder and CTO at Works.com, a provider of web-based purchasing workflow management solutions for large corporations and institutions. In addition, Roy has also held senior and software architect roles at PeerLogic, Pervasive Software and Texas Instruments.

Roy holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston.

Rich Pusateri
Senior Vice President of Engineering
As Senior Vice President of Engineering, Rich oversees development, quality assurance and IT operations for Conformity. Rich has 20 years experience in commercial software development, including over 10 years delivering business applications via Internet and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) models.

Before joining Conformity, Rich served as the VP of Engineering at QuickArrow, a leading SaaS Professional Services Automation solution provider. Prior, Rich was a co-founder and the VP of Engineering at Public Mind, an on-demand provider of self-service and knowledge base solutions. Rich was the first employee and Development Director at Works.com, and also has held positions at SMART Technologies, HaL Computer Systems, KnowledgeSet and Lockheed Missiles and Space Company.

Rich holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Eric J. Rothfus
Managing Director and Founder, Guggenheim Venture Partners
Eric Rothfus is a managing director and founder of Guggenheim Venture Partners (GVP), a venture capital firm associated with Guggenheim Partners. A highly successful serial entrepreneur, Mr. Rothfus has over 18 years of start-up and operational experience and over 6 years in venture capital. He has founded three successful ventures along with being an early employee in three others.

Prior to GVP Mr. Rothfus was a managing director with TL Ventures investing as part of their Communications and Semiconductor practice. In his most recent start-up prior to TL Ventures, Mr. Rothfus was co-founder and CTO/EVP of Agere, a fabless semiconductor company. Agere developed high-speed, multi-protocol network processors and was acquired by Lucent Technologies for $434 million just 18 months after receiving venture funding. Agere became the network processor division of Lucent Microelectronics, which was subsequently spun out in the fifth largest IPO in US history to form Agere Systems, a market leader in networking and photonics components.

In 2000, Mr. Rothfus was the recipient of the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. He holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Kevin Cunningham
President & Founder, SailPoint
Kevin currently oversees product development, marketing, sales and services at SailPoint, a leading vendor of identity risk management solutions. He previously was founder and served as vice president of marketing for Waveset, an industry pioneer that led the development of the identity management software space. Following the acquisition of Waveset by Sun Microsystems, Kevin led strategic positioning initiatives for Sun's software portfolio. A seasoned industry veteran, Kevin has also brought innovative technologies to market for companies including UniSQL and IBM/Tivoli Systems.

Elizabeth Davis
Managing Director, Growth Acceleration Partners
Elizabeth brings over 25 years of Entrepreneurial expertise in the high-tech and professional services sectors, and at Growth Acceleration Partners focuses on providing management consulting services to clients seeking to accelerate revenue and margin growth. Elizabeth was the Founder and CEO of QuickArrow, an Austin-based provider of On-Demand applications for consulting and professional services companies which was an early pioneer in the SaaS software segment. She led the company from self-funded start-up through Angel investment and three rounds of funding totaling $21M to profitability, and now serves on the Company's Board of Directors. Prior to QuickArrow, she managed and grew professional services practices at Compucom and Paranet, which was purchased by Sprint. Her early start-up experience included Ten X Technology which focused on hardware based computer products.

Jay Gardner
Executive Mentor & Advisor
Jay is a 29-year veteran of the technology industry with executive positions at market leaders IBM Corp. and BMC Software. Jay held several executive roles at BMC, where he worked from 1988 through the end of 2006. With BMC, Jay held positions as vice president of sales of North America, vice president of Global Field Operations, vice president of Corporate Operations and Chief Information Officer. He also launched the company's On Demand business, which focused on delivering "software as a service". Before joining BMC, Jay worked for 10 years at IBM in various sales and sales management positions. He has also been recognized within the information technology community for his team's successful initiatives and has served as a featured speaker for leading industry conferences. He was selected as a finalist for the prestigious Gartner Group CIO Choice Award and honored as a 2003 Premier 100 IT Leader by IDG's Computerworld.

Marc Yagjian
Managing Director, Origin Partners
Marc has over 20 years of experience in the information technology and telecommunications industry. His career includes eight years of executive and entrepreneurial experience in three successful technology start-ups. Most notably, Yagjian was as a co-founder of Tivoli Systems, which was sold to IBM for $743 million in 1996. Prior to Origin Partners, he gained seven years of institutional venture capital experience with Hillman Ventures and Austin Ventures. Mr. Yagjian began his career in the technology industry at AT&T Bell Laboratories where he was involved with the design, deployment, and operation of public data communications networks.

Conleth O'Connell
Chief Technology Officer, Vignette
Conleth O'Connell, Ph. D is chief technology officer at Vignette Corporation. Dr. O'Connell is responsible for driving new technology and innovation within the company. Dr. O'Connell joined Vignette in 1996 as one of the company's first engineers and helped develop Vignette's initial product offering. Prior to becoming CTO, Dr. O'Connell held multiple engineering and architect roles and influenced the company's support for open standards by participating in various standards committees including W3C (World Wide Web Consortium), OASIS, and WS-I (Web Services Interoperability). Dr. O'Connell joined Vignette from HaL Computer Systems where he led product development efforts and participated in the Davenport Group, a consortium that created an SGML distribution format for online documents called the DocBook DTD. Prior to that, Dr. O'Connell spent time as a director of an Industrial Consortium, where he supervised graduate students who produced an integrated software architecture and later co-authored a book on the architectural design of the project. Dr. O'Connell was recently honored as a Distinguished Alumni by Ohio State University where he holds a master's degree and Ph. D in computer information systems. Dr. O'Connell holds several patents for innovation in content management and delivery.

John Jordano
John has over 15 years of technical and development leadership experience, and was one of the core members of the original technical team at Salesforce.com. While there John oversaw the development of the Salesforce.com API and platform tools (sforce.com), data import and migration tools, synchronization software, Offline Edition, and billing infrastructure from company startup in 1999 through 2004. John also held senior engineering and technical roles at Cisco, TheLoanPage.com, Computer Systems International and AMS.
